RIP Janus. Well done, dear friend. You made the weight of your life matter. You spread boundless kindness and love. You showed courage and heart. You kept open to learning and growth. You shared wisdom and humility. You danced and laughed with all your being.

My dear friend and cohost of ‪the Stay Sparked Podcast‬ , Janus, is dying. I was told that he chose to shift his medical care to "Comfort Measure Only" right before my live broadcast yesterday. It truly did lift a weight to be able to share the news and my grief.
