Next, in charge of our most popular department is Bruma! Bruma runs a tight ship in the Magic Items Department and likes to keep things as prim as she keeps herself. Don't let her breezy appearance fool you. She's got a big attitude with power to match! #IndieAnimationDay #dnd

Every adventurer needs a trusty weapon at their side and few know weapons better than the devilish Darius, the man in charge of our Weapons Department. Edgy and grim, he's not the life of the party but he does have good recommendations! #IndieAnimationDay #dnd

Helping keep Gira in check, we have our Artificer, Lan! She helps out in the Potions Department, though Gira insists that he can recommend her for a better position if she wants it. Lan is kind,reserved and her gadgetry makes her a reliable member of our team! #IndieAnimationDay #dnd

Next up, we have Gira, our Lead Alchemist in charge of the Potions Department. His methods are... unorthodox but his brews are second to none! Earnest and energetic, he's sure to have the potion you need! Just be careful if he offers you a free sample. #IndieAnimationDay #DnD

Let's introduce you to our staff: starting with Mel, our Silent Songstress. Though unable to speak, she makes sure she's heard! Mel communicates via #ASL or American Sign Language, to be specific. She's in charge of the Music Department and is a force to be reckoned with. #IndieAnimationDay

Tip #3 - More of a general tip and self-explanatory, but don't get hung up if you need help. I won't care if you ask. (If you don't ask and I have to clean up after you, you'll regret it)

Tip #2 - Negotiate. Gather information, talk with co-workers and have a good idea of what you should be getting. Don't lowball yourself and don't be afraid to ask for more. When one contract ends and another begins, you can always renegotiate.
