Very happy that one of our recent studies is now out in Immunity: antibody evolution leads to higher affinity antibodies with increased potency and breadth that can neutralize other sarbecoviruses and limit the options for viral escape....

Good news: our most recent data suggest that immunity in convalescent individuals will be very long lasting and that convalescent individuals receiving mRNA vaccines produce antibodies and memory B cells that should be protective against circulating VOCs ...
