Grants are fun, who *wouldn't* love dealing with 21 separate documents to submit individually?

Is it normal to feel a large mental block towards working on a grant resubmission or am I just experiencing a mental slowdown with the season? This is for an F31, so I'm asking as a trainee experiencing this process for the first time. Have trouble motivating myself to even open my Word documents.
