The BBC reports that Kemi Badenoch sees North Sea oil and gas as "the cornerstone of Britain's future". That's bizarre. Does she ever talk to businesses and investors? If she does, she's not listening.

Interesting discussion. It illustrates the need to talk about climate change (it was hardly mentioned) & to be clear that while renewables aid energy security & protect against price shocks, they won't immediately reduce bills. It also showed Richard Tice to be a deeply unserious populist (shock!).
