My 2025 Switch line up! No surprise with Vampire Survivors being number 1! love that game

Just bear Marvel Cosmic Invasion, fun beat em’ up, great sprites, fighting system not overly complex or too simple, good variety of characters w/ different play styles. My mains were Captain America & Wolverine, some replayability due to the achievements. A blast with friends.

Checked out Mother of Flies, girl has cancer and turns to a witch for a cure relies a lot on a couple images that are done really well to insight shock, practical effects are done really well, story meanders a bit & gets a little confusing, but overall is a fine witch movie #horror

Found three Yokai Medals at my Book Off ! It’s been so long since I added to my binder, unfortunately definitely Japanese medals as I don’t see a spot for them in any of my medalliums , but I’m happy to find them just the same! #yokaiwatch

Just beat Power Rangers Rita’s Rewind. Very fun beat em up reminiscent of the SNES era. Great sprites w/ fun gameplay. The game rewards purposeful combos but button mashing works! Playing as Megazord was a blast albeit zord sections were tough. Needs DLC as the IP is rich w/ monsters & content!

Just Beat Dragon Ball Advance on the GBA. Fun beat em up basically a cliff notes over the original story but skips & leaves out a couple things. Great color & sprites. Pretty easy overall as button mashing beats most bosses but very enjoyable 🐉🐉🐉

Checked out Coyotes. Fantastic comedy/horror movie about people who don’t know how to lock their doors & get eaten by Coyotes. Coyotes were fierce/scary people where fodder but made for a great popcorn flick! #horror 🐺🐺🐺

Checked out There’s Something in the Barn, a good blend of comedy/horror. Family inherits a home/barn in Norway only to realize its inhabitants are barn elves who don’t appreciate the direction of the new owners. Great addition if you need a new Christmas time #horror movie🎅🏻

Checked out Bone Lake, couple gets a AirBnB to rekindle & reconnect only to it’s been double booked by a younger hotter couple, what follows is a spiral of seemingly bad decision with a satisfying ending movie doesn’t take itself to seriously & is funny throughout great flick #horror

Checked out Keeper, couple go to cabin to celebrate 1 year anniversary only to find out that the male counterpart in the relationship has secrets, starts with a bit of a red herring, atmosphere is creepy and tense throughout last 17 minutes is worth the price of admission #horror

Checked out Man Finds Tape, decent found footage, man finds multiple tapes & discovers strange occurrences involving people passing out midday day & a Lovecraftian presence manipulating the small town. Good film with a pinch of trypophobia for good measure #horror

Checked out Match! What a come from nowhere surprise. Girl uses dating app to meet Mr Right after multiple failures she think she meets the right guy. Only to be catfished severely! Fun unexpected gem #horror

Checked out GoodBoy. A ghost story from the perspective of a very good boy named Indy, an evil spirit is out to hurt the dog and owner who has a terminal disease/curse. A must watch 4 dog lovers however, my dog was not a fan of the sound effects! Points for originality #horror

Checked Out Malibu Horror Story. It’s a found footage 2in1 venture. A group of YouTube documentarians go looking for the whereabouts of a group of 4 boys who went missing in a Indian burials ground/caves only to find some bad spirits in the form of Skinwalkers, good scares unique monster! #Horror

Just beat Transformers: Fall of Cybertron on the 360. More cinematic than its predecessor. Only get to play as one Transformer per level, but the storytelling & gameplay shine. Ending demanded a trilogy #TransformersDay

Checked out Don’t Peek. YouTube influencers create content as they move into a new house. They find some VHS tapes that reveal sinister motives from the previous inhabitants that they shouldn’t have visited. I love found footage & this one is done well with a few unexpected twists 💀💀💀 #horror

Checked out Until Dawn, crew of friends wind up in a in a Murderous Ground Hog’s day where they must figure out how to survive the night or be doomed to repeat it until their respawns run out. Based on a game I never played this was a fine watch, good scares & kills #horror

Checked out Bring Her Back, siblings loose their dad & get placed into the worst foster home. Sally Hawkins is wonderfully horrible, movie is unsettling with several body horror scenes, would have enjoyed knowing more of the lore & backstory for a more complete experience #horror

Just Beat Batman: Arkham Asylum. All the gadgets different ways to play ie stealth, beat em up, ScareCrow levels, boss fights keeps everything fresh. Fighting mechanics were good albeit clunky for me, overall exploring Arkham as the Caped Crusader is awesome Mostly complete except a few challenges

Checked out The Surrender. Mom & Daughter must reconcile their relationship after the death of the dad. Unbeknownst to the daughter however mom has hired a death-doula to revive dad w/ black magic, sacrifice & a quick trip to the netherworld. Scary, good practical effects, haunting imagery/ghouls.

Checked out The Monkey, loved it. Death happens every time the key on its back is turned. The kills are all original & Final Destination-esque. Fun story & a good combination of horror comedy

Checked out Rule of Jenny Penn nothing supernatural but still #horror. A demented resident in a retirement home tortures & makes life miserable to its elder residents via elderly abuse & harassment: Our protagonist & latest resident must fight against it or submit to the abuse.

Finished Horrorstör by Grady Hendrix a haunted house story that takes place inside an Orsk (basically IKEA). Was built over the ruins of an old prison run by a sadistic warden, and the horror escalates from there. The book itself is designed like a catalog which is neat.

Checked out Heart Eyes a Valentine’s Slasher that tries to be a rom-com? Great antagonist with fun kills but waaaayyyy too much time is spent on forced “witty-banter” & attempts to be funny. Really wants this #horror flick to be good to & be watched alongside Valentine (2001) & My Bloody Valentine.

Checked out AfrAId. Horrible, nonsensical, Alexa type AI gets into people’s homes then controls people’s lives & treats them as pets? I guess for their own good? When I thought there would be AI monster I was intrigued but slowly mutated into an unwatchable mess. Go watch Ex Machina instead #horror

I grabbed the Lychee Berry ALEINERGY from my local gas station before my workout, mainly because it featured the Justice Gundam from Gundam Seed on the label—Seed being the only Gundam series I’m familiar with. It was so delicious, planning to go back for the rest of the flavors!
