We were back on the info picket line yesterday following a productive bargaining session with @cascadepbs.bsky.social. They finally heard us and are moving on wages — but not enough, considering they spent $2M on executive compensation in 2024.

Today we delivered a letter on ground rules for our upcoming union election to Jay Kennedy, head of labor relations at The Post. Given The Post’s disappointing decision to refuse to voluntarily recognize our union, we are asking them to agree to basic ground rules to ensure a free & fair election

We came to the table ready to make a deal during mediation on Wednesday. @cascadepbs.bsky.social came unprepared, unserious and totally unwilling to move. This is not what bargaining in good faith looks like. (1/4)
