Thoughts on regression through embarrassment

It’s easy! - Stretch a Goodnites over a box - Use a knife to cut out the center of the backsheet, just below the waistband to about halfway around the pant - Strip your donor diaper/pull up of any tapes or sides - Spray both with adhesive, let them get tacky, then press overtop and let dry
