There is a difference between righteous anger, directed at injustice, and hateful anger, directed at those who are different. Authoritarian regimes deliberately conflate the two to silence criticism and create false equivalence. It's important we don't let those in power succeed in this endeavor.

Is he not seeing the lawless, violent kidnappings in broad daylight on any street right now? How can anyone think these thugs are going obey any lawful directive in the future? They won't. They can't. Now is the time to shut this down. There is no normal.

That's why all the video evidence is important. It is going to provide contemporaneous notes when the perpetrators attempt to re-write history.

The American people have more collective power than any single Republican donor. The key is in the word, 'collective'. This means pulling together to achieve the big picture objective with a promise to sort out the details of policy after the threat to democracy has been neutralized.

Can the American people launch a class action lawsuit against ICE for crimes against humanity? It is obvious that they do not have proof that all the people they are kidnapping are criminals or threats to society. ICE is the threat to a lawful, secure society and future. Everyone is being impacted.

A word of warning - I was taken in by a scam to give me a reward from Bluesky. It resulted in my account being suspended due to hacking. I just got it back after a month of waiting. These are the scammer messages - I don't think the account owners know what is being done with their accounts.

The Epstein files are the key to undoing Republican power. They are the web of child sex trafficking, extortion, and money laundering that has powered the Republican decay. When the knowledge in those files is made public, there is not extortion power, not to mention knowing who paid to rape kids.

All Democrats need to do is start the day with the mantra, "Republicans will blame us for [fill in the blank]. This is not who we are. They cast themselves in the role of victim of their own hate." Then organize to remove Republicans from every elected office. They have lost their hearts and souls.

We can reliably predict that the Republicans will blame the Democrats for their hate-filled, failed policies. Control the narrative. Don't push back on their lies, get in front of their lies. "They will blame us for this. That is what they do. We could not have done this. It is not who we are."

Charge ICE with child endangerment. Wasn't there a case of parents being charged for letting their kids walk to school or the corner store?

We know the left are not terrorists. That is a manipulation perpetrated by the terrorists to villanize others for the crimes they, themselves commit. Republicans are terrorists. No doubt. Look at what they are doing to Canada and Canadians who dare to cross the border.

The legacy of Trump and the Republicans will be the collapse of organizational structures founded on lies, abuse, and violence. Their legacy will be a new social system grounded in caring, equality and justice. Finally. This is what it took to get health care. A livable wage. Fair taxation.

My big takeaway this morning is accepting the fact that the lying we are witnessing, the constant stream of abuse and manipulation, the invalidation of our experiences and perceptions, this has been going on my entire lifetime. It didn't start with Trump and the Republicans. I do hope it ends here.
