Hello bunny

I bought a couple of cacao pods from fruter.ca and decided to open the first one today. I think it could have used a bit more time so I’ll save the next one, but it’s certainly edible now. The bean isn’t as intense or bitter as I expected, and the coating around it is quite sweet.
