What a beautiful spring equinox! So far I've spent it sorting out money stuff and pressing flowers and petals from the flowers we got for Doris. Starting to think about finding a more permanent home for her 🙂

I'm sure it's no coincidence I'm having a really unsettled night a week after doris was pts. I just wish I wasn't having a load of blood tests done in a few hours. Never fun, but especially not when I'm this exhausted. It's been a really long, hard, shitty week. Definitely in my top 5 worst weeks.

No sign of a luna eclipse here but it is so bright tonight. Doris would have been howling.

Duckie is holding a 24/7 vigil for our Doris, making sure she's never alone. I've only had three cries tonight. Not an absolute break down. It's hard to explain the feeling, but it feels better having her home again. Nights are hard though. I miss her.

I will post more when I can, but I've made up a little shrine for Doris for a couple of days until I put her where I'm going to keep her. Just for her to settle back in to home. That sounds daft, doesn't it, but you know what I mean. I'm going to have a little cry now.
