Building this kit currently, and I am majorly disappointed in the Airfix fit and finish on this one 😞 Huge gaps in the parts fitting even after sanding,huge amounts of flash around the wings that needed trimming. all in all it just felt like a poor quality kit that was sold for a premium price.

An item has come half way round the globe from china, gone through multiple countries and ports, multiple different sorting centres and made it to england. The AA are a fucking joke. 6 hours delay in recovering an undriveable car. Job marked as completed even though there was no one on site. All with a 3 year old and an autistic 9 year old both having meltdowns. Were now apparently priority with an eta of 00:30....... It's 22:00

Spent the past 4 days trimming my bush..... I can finally see the shed 😂

I am hot, sweaty and sore after this weekend but that's another good 10-15m sq of the garden that's been reclaimed from brambles, bushes and bindweed! Filled up at least 3 green wheelie bins worth and a garden sack just today. That and completely reorganised the shed so it can be used as a shed.

So my modelling experience came into it's own today. This cupboard had a honking great big nail driven all the way though by the previous owners of the house, cracking and damaging the facade. So I removed the damaged wood, filled it with wood filler and then used some paints to mask the area.

Not gonna lie, not having gone to a con this year has negatively affected my mental health, i didnt realise just how much i used it as a "reset" button in my life. I dont think i could do confuzzled again, at least not for a few years due to reasons. But a smaller con might be just the ticket...
