#Dermpath Thought for day. Just reported out case from scalp ?SCC. Looked like metastatic renal. Wrote could do IHC if clinical history / imaging studies negative. Checked on system & pl. surgeon mentions known h/o metastatic renal carcinoma in their letter! See Joke 👇Plastic surgeon is best tho 😇

RAC8706: No neuts. Got better with topical treatment. Clinical dx included tinea, acanthosis nigricans and epidermal naevus. Shared with Dieter Metze who said we should publish! I have a lot of cases I never managed to sign off manuscripts on but work-life balance improving😇
