Been a while since I wished everyone a #happyhumpday.

Get you a bubs who’ll take a video of you doing seated row to send to your trainer so he doesn’t make you do them at your session the next day.

After recovering from a mysterious hip injury this week, a chonky leg day was in order.

Rarely seen chilled weekend.

After nearly a week of no gym, and work totally taking over my life for a few days, I’m so glad to be back at the gym.

First trip down to visit my bubs, and I’ve forgotten my hair products.

My trainer cancelled on me, so off to the gym for a tiddies, erms and shooders session I went.

Well, that was the Mondayest Monday in a while.

I was going to take the night off, but decided to hit legs tonight.

I’ve spent the past couple of months so focused on studying, and the past few weeks not able to fit in work outs like I would’ve liked. I can’t wait to have the next cut to focus on and feel like I have a handle on things again.

Sat the second of two exams today after months of studying. I’m fairly certain I haven’t passed. Working a full time job, studying and sitting my first exams in almost 11 years, was harder than I anticipated. A few months ago this would’ve been the end of the world, but now it’s a bump in the road.

Legs felt a bit chonky after leg day this morning.

Only someone silly would opt to do leg day (with some added arms) in this heat 🙃

Buzzing for the work week to be over.

Glad to get to the gym tonight for a tiddies and shooders session, and a much needed break from studying.

With exams coming up next week, and so much studying to do, I guess I shouldn’t be totally surprised to be having stress-induced sleep paralysis nightmares 🙃

Fighting through the lurgy with my trainer this morning. Feat. Swollen eye from punching myself in my sleep or some other unknown cause.

So ready for the weekend already.
