THE MOST DESTRUCTIVE THING we can do to our mental health is to attack strangers with hate, rage & anger, because we're terrified of directing it at the people in our families, communities & social circles who cause(d) us immense harm. Strangers on the internet aren't your pain point. Go heal. 😒😮‍💨
