This weather change has me stuffy and sneezing like crazy!

Part of the reason for that is the fact that attention spans have decreased due to searching for quick dopamine hits.

One thing I’ve learned to do is to remove myself from someone when I learn they are a coward. They will kill you and boohoo at your funeral the next week talking about “gone too soon.” It’s the highest degree of selfishness.

I’ve unknowingly been getting stronger since I’ve been taking classes. I was able to successfully do a plank for 30 seconds without dropping.

I will continue to advocate for black folks' gun ownership. Especially black women. Gun safety is so important. Self-defense training can save your life. Nina is a black woman I follow on IG. She's a firearm instructor and has created a safe environment for other women to learn about gun safety.

I had a pound cake a week ago; something was off about it. It had the look and taste of a pound cake but not the moisture of one. I realized the glaze gave it false moisture (if that makes sense).
