If you haven't tried sashiko yet, I'd highly recommend it. It's very stylish and it's easy to learn. It makes getting a hole in your clothes go from disappointing to exciting. Here's my most recent finished project. Simple yet cute, while still being functional.

Drivers will really call bikes toys that don't belong on the road, then use the empty interstate at night as their own personal drag strip for hours on end, disturbing the sleep of hundreds of local residents. Car brain is a disease that is not compatible with a civilized society.

It's our last day with the @bunchbike.com from @mcbl.bike. For our last ride we took it to the vet to pick up some allergy medication for Pudge, then to Lake of the Isles dog park and bike trail. I'll definitely miss transporting our precious cargo when it's returned! Will definitely try another!

In a surprising turn of events that no one predicted, we will be taking the Bunch Bike out for a ride again today. If you see us, blow us a kiss.

I knew there was a reason I was drawn to this sculpture. I just figured out there's another one by the same artist (James Tyler) near the UNL campus in Lincoln, NE! I used to go by it all the time because it was right off the Billy Wolff Trail. I love art!

What a fantastic day! We ran into Luke from Perennial Cycle (twice, actually). My boyfriend delivered some of his locally made Red Eye Hot Sauce. We got to see some beautiful art. And finally, we visited a quaint little park on Kenilworth. Can't wait to check out another bike from @mcbl.bike

So, I just arrived at Lake Harriet with the Bunch Bike, and I see 2 people riding a bike that was clearly made for only 1 person. When they go by I yell "dang, you need one of these!" And 1 of them yells back "Can we borrow yours?" So obviously I yell "Yes, you can check out it from the @mcbl.bike!"

No pictures or clever caption today, but I did once again ride the Bunch Bike to Art-a-Whirl today. This time with my boyfriend instead of my grandmother. I am determined to ride it every single day until check-in. Tomorrow we'll take Pudge back out again. Haven't decided where yet.

If anyone has yet to experience the joy of cargo biking with their family, let me share this anecdote. We rode to Graco Park via West River Pkwy and had a great time. Then on our way back, just before the Cedar Lake Trl turnoff, my boyfriend goes "hey, maybe we can keep going a little further." 1/2
