HOLY CRAP TGS IS ALREADY NEXT WEEKEND! I remember when I went basically every year. I wouldn't be able to stomach the crowds nowadays. (The crowds have grown continually larger and my tolerance for people has grown continually smaller.) I enjoy all the news out of there though.

Miracle of miracles, my Ultima collection WASN'T in any of the boxes that got wet, so it's fine. My physical copy of Shroud of the Avatar (which, honestly, I got purely for collection purposes) was totally ruined though.

Miraculously, the contents of the box (traveler's journal mini notebook, sticker sheet, pen, pin, spaceship base, and spaceship), were all dry or recoverable so that was a plus. Small miracles I guess.

Hey cool so my mom's basement, where I happened to be storing a bunch of vintage games and collectibles until I could manage to find time to sell it all, flooded and I lost probably a couple tens of thousands of dollars worth of stuff.
