A good day of writing today. 2000 words, a whole story, all in one sitting. It feels good but now here comes the fear - so I'll wait a while before I read what I've got...

First reading project of 2025 will be another read of Bolaño's 2666, my all-time favourite book, but this time going through the five parts in reverse order. Has anyone else done that?

I've often passed this gorgeous red house on my walks in the mountains... And I've just as often wondered what it looks like inside.

Winter is properly here now and I'll need to switch to proper boots when I randomly decide to go up into the mountains from now on... Took me half an hour to walk a kilometre downhill!
