We had an industry event today for our STEM Passport for Inclusion programme. The absolute stars were the three students who shared their experience of the programme. 2 now studying STEM in college and one in TY who has just finished the programme. Wow!

My mood hit horrifically low today. Happens me maybe once a year. Had to put my headphones on and pretend I wasn't in the office. Aware I can barely talk to people. It's like I need to recharge & avoid talking to people for a couple of days! I know I need to sit with the low & it will recalibrate!

On Sundays, I pack and head into bed around 7pm, early to bed and up in the car by 5.30am. Tonight I 'extra' don't mind an early night as I get to read another chapter or two of this!
