First year of life is tough for any bat. Probably born last June, this one was a tad under 4g when found wedged behind a pipe at ground level. Now she knows that mealworms are food, she will get a second chance to thrive and could live more than 30 years. Remarkable bat. #lovebats #batcare 🦇
