Still working my way through, but kudos to @cmolanphy.bsky.social for the freestyle/hi-nrg episodes, as this contextualized music I was aware of and lived through (unlike, say, emo, when radio was no longer a thing for me), but had no basis to parse the differing elements in a coherent fashion.
