Life hack : if I don't get a good nights sleep I can't function well the next day. I take stimulant (amphetamine) medication daily & I still get mentally fatigued. If I take 20g of creatine, after about 2 hours my brain "wakes up" & that fatigue is gone. I'm able to function normally.
