Had an MRI scan yesterday. Turns out those 20 minutes of motionless silence inside a tube was all I needed to come up with the perfect solution to a plot knot that's been haunting me in the current novel I'm working on. Who knew.

CONFESSION TIME: Whenever life gets in the way and prevents me from writing for a day or two, I keep imagining my characters, frozen mid-action in whichever scene I'd left them in, looking back at me with furious eyes, like: "hey! dude, we're stuck here! Write us the fuck out of this already!" 😅
