Welp, I caught some kind of demon cold, prob at SCMS. It hit me later in the evening on Saturday, after I was already in Las Vegas for a different conference. So I benched myself yesterday, and now I'm at the LV airport, masked + medicated up to my ears, and ready to get home and crash. #VegasBaby

Made it to the #SCMS25 conference this afternoon and spent like 15 minutes wandering around trying to figure out the layout. So cheers if you witnessed me walking around muttering "WTF is this place?" to myself 😂

I would also add my usual advice to make sure you're eating at least some fruits + veggies. Easy to get to Day 3 feeling like garbage and realize you haven't eaten a plant in days bc you've been subsisting on granola bars, coffee, and bar fries. Eat plants when you can! #SCMS25 #SCMS2025
