People who are complaining about season 4 of #TheBear, I have no idea what you are talking about. This show continues to make me laugh and cry more than almost any other show I've seen in the last few years. It is, more than anything, one of the most HUMAN shows out there.

What I really love about playing the most excellent #dune Awakening is how Arrakis, the most deadly planet in the galaxy, is far less violent and hostile than current-day Earth. I'm tired of the darkest timeline.

What is important, after this US regime falls, is not to just blindly trust that "common sense" and the "voters" will protect the constitution. There must be additional checks and balances and barriers. It is clear the office of the president holds too much power, and some of it must be stripped.

So after trump one-sidedly announced a ceasefire, promising it is a "beautiful ceasefire that will last forever", and that the two countries "will never shoot at each other ever", Iranian missiles are already being fired. He truly is as stupid as he is incompetent.

I just bet that trump said "he will decide about attacking Iran in two weeks" just so that now he can think to himself "oh, I'm so clever, I attacked first! Ha ha, they never saw me coming! 4D chess!" What a fucking moron.

So, spent five hours trying to get a new, pretty base with a view in #dune, only for a sandworm to swallow nearly all my materials on shuttling between the bases. Welp.

I'm so tired of the darkest timeline. I realize that the United Federation of Planets required WW3 prior to it, but can we just... not?

The article covers a lot of the hardships we went through during #veilguard but to me, they almost didn't matter - because we went through all of it as a team. The spirit of camaraderie in the systems team was legendary. That, to me, is the biggest heartache from all of this. I miss my found family.

Seeing my son play #veilguard is such a bitter-sweet experience. This is his first RPG, and he is so full of joy as part of the discovery and exploration, so fascinated by the universe and everything he sees. Harding seems to be his favorite so far. He has good taste.

LinkedIn reporting tool is horrendous - worse than Facebook because you have no expectations there. I've seen people who don't use English spew the most horrific, violent, racist comments you can think of, stuff even Twitter would frown on, and nothing happens when you report. Glad to be here.

EA's decision to move away from remote working is only going to serve to increase the anxiety of workers who are staring at routine rounds of layoffs, and now have even fewer internal options when hit with a layoff. You know what really grinds my gears? Cultural warriors that attack #ACShadows for the (now patched) issue of shrine desecration. Yes, it was very bad this issue slipped by QA and designers, but the people attacking Ubisoft for this are the last people who care about cultural sensitivity.

#expedition33 is indeed a terrific game, but I hate the rhetoric around it and the "just make good games" catchphrase. In my life, I have worked in indie, modding, and AAA, and let me assure you - ALL developers want to make good games and everyone is trying their best. There is no magic formula.

Watching right-wing Israelis gleefully comment that the horrific attack in Vancouver was a result of "antisemitism", "immigrants", "liberal agenda" and "Islamic terrorism" (it wasn't), is so, so disheartening and disappointing. My heart goes out to all the families impacted by this tragedy.

My personal PC is awesome and rather new, but I've been using very basic work monitors for years - until I decided to treat myself to a fancy, highly expensive monitor for my birthday last week. Now with proper color gamut and HDR. My goodness, #veilguard looks even better than I thought.

I have forgotten how janky Oblivion is. I know many people love how faithful the remaster is, but I would have loved it if they had gone a bit further. It would have been great if they had eliminated the horrible level of segmentation of Imperial City.

I grew up on Paul Kidby's highly colorful renditions of the #discworld, but I have to say I am digging the style of David Benzal's illustrations for the new Discworld RPG. I've been thinking a lot about Pratchett and Banks, my favorite authors, now gone. I'm glad I'm getting a bit more Discworld.

I had to sell most of my book collection when we moved to Canada. Two years ago I bought myself the entire Discworld collecttor edition as a birthday gift, this year I'm thinkin the Culture series... I miss Ian Banks. One of the greatest authors of our time. Such a shame... #theculture

It is incredible to see these protests happening all over the US, but after seeing how the incredible Israeli anti-corruption protests that brought significant portion of the public out to the street, every week, for a year, didn't lead to any change, I'm highly pessimistic. I hope I'm wrong.

I worked on a rather eclectic range of projects, some of them with a fast update cadence and engaged community. Still, this is my first live service game. Nothing is quite as satisfying as seeing how changing a few numbers immediately leads to players' increased satisfaction. Math for the win!

Reading this article caused me literal physical discomfort. As a former journalist and soldier, someone who routinely dealt with security technology and policy, I can't even begin to explain how wrong all of this is. They chanted "lock her up", yet they just breached the same rule by using signal.

AC as a series always takes one step forward, two steps back. Always reinventing systems needlessly. Why make a great player hub system in Valhalla and then simplify it too much in Shadows? Same with crafting or gear.They get it very close to right, but then they go back to the drawing board.
