It looks like building r-rentals on penthouses currently cause white screens and endless loading screens. Try this method: forums.ea.com/idea/the-sim... and revert the lot to a residential one.

Do you regularly download lots from the Sims 4 gallery ? Please do these things before doing so: - Backup important saves - Test your game if they work after downloading (endless loading is a big issue still) - Switch lot types before downloading and placing something (has a few issues)

Futureproof yourself by only using Origin or EA App to play Sims 4. If you purchase DLC through Steam and at a later point switch to Mac, you will have to re-purchase all that DLC again. This is a common problem reported at Answers HQ. bluebellflora.com/2024/01/02/s...
