So my newest running theory on automatic mode for Memory Boost. This is supposed to choose the optimal setting for you (aka, start the correct exe file depending on your system) BUT since it's opt in, it currently doesn't do anything. It's like disable.

I do have some good news. I made sure I allowed the exe now and my save reverted to not being toast. I didn't save though. If you save, all your households are gone. So, if you ever encounter stuff like that (because of mods or something else, keep calm and leave the game without saving.

So I need to make a correction about the automatic mode of the memory boost. It looks like that if you set it to automatic, the game decides if your computer even needs the memory boost feature. If not, it starts the old exe file. Seems my computer is powerful enough to not need it.

And before everyone blames Maxis for this issue (again), this has a lot do do with Windows and not the game. Virus protection protects you from malware but it also blocks legit files from working properly. That's what happened here. The game had no write access to my user folder.

It looks like building r-rentals on penthouses currently cause white screens and endless loading screens. Try this method: forums.ea.com/idea/the-sim... and revert the lot to a residential one.

This looks like to be another legit issue with maker spaces/garden spaces: forums.ea.com/idea/the-sim... I don't know if all of them are affected but I can dupe on the saves provided.

I also want to share some transparency why the title is so important to me. Why do I always change "" to ' and remove ending dots (well other than that triggering me as titles don't have .) and insist that you add pack tags in a certain format ? I have a DB where I collect everything personally.

On this note: INVENTORY BROKEN? 99.9% sure you DIDN'T remove your mods. And also, go update MC Command Center. The WORKING version is now 2025.5.1 and is on both Patreon (hours ago) and Curseforge (now). If you still have broken inventory MCCC 2025.5.1, REMOVE mods that aren't updated or cleared.

So I woke up to yet another 75 bug reports. 15 of which I have already handled by merging/closing as multi by doing a quick search. You can make my life easier by doing the following things: - Search/Check compiled list. - Add pack tags to title - Add thread tags for mod usage/platform
