When trying to find out where the maker content/kits gets installed we found it's installed on a hidden folder on your system drive which can't be moved. Reinstalling kits also causes them to go there. forums.ea.com/discussions/...

Good Morning, the only cc issue currently tracked in the Sims 4 bug forum is the failed to load/complete black screen with cc only. For everything else the rules still apply: Test on vanilla and report issues with mods in the mods fourm. Thank you.

Message from SimsDirect We've been investigating the "Failed to launch game" error message & have been tracking via EA Forums at the link below. We're working on a fix & testing it over the weekend to resolve this ASAP, currently targeting a patch early next week. We'll update you as we can.

If you have the cc failed to launch issue and use a mod manager, please try to uninstall the mod manager then try a clean user and only put your mods back (no eyelashes or mods)

If you get a failed to launch with cc in your game, please try deleting the resource.cfg file in your mods folder and then restart the ea app and the game. A new file will be created. Let me know all the credits go to SimNes
