New Sims 4 game version (PC/Mac): 1.121.361 .. small patch, you're mods won't be disabled .. check them anyways and see if there's updates for them and create a backup of your save before running with the patch.

From SimsDirect on Discord Simmers, we’re wrapping up final testing on a retroactive fix for the missing railing issue. If everything checks out, it should ship in a small update on Feb 12, we’ll confirm once it’s locked in.

Did anyone get a climbing gear added to their Sims inventory when doing the Lost Legacies event ? The event does add an easel and a phone but someone reported a climbing gear to and I don't know what that's about.

From SimsDirect: Simmers, We’re aware that some of you are experiencing issues with today’s Base Game Update. We know how disruptive this can be, and our teams are actively working on it. We’ll share next steps as soon as we have more information.

There's currently some issues with the patch. Hold off with saving the game on the new version. If you restart EA app your game probably reverts to the old version. It's being worked on. More details in the discord.

If you're game is crashing on startup make sure to add your exe as exception to the controlled folder access of windows

Maxis is attempting another fix for the black photos in the next patch. I really hope it resolves issues and photos might even be back but to be safe, the best thing you can do, is NOT start your legacy save before stuff is clear. Keep BACKUPS. Don't delete your backups. Please.
