Started #Lakers v #Magic as all possessions. Luka and the Lakers have earned that status probably the rest of the way after 60 the other night. Magic are interesting recently as well.

Ok, not spoiler free. Immediately after starting #Wizards v #Thunder I got a text asking me if I saw the fight last night. So obviously, I am going right there since this was slated as 15 minutes. Then I’ll go back and watch from the beginning 🤣

Big day for Long Island! LIU, Hofstra and St John’s all with tournament games. You may tell me St John’s is in Queens, but a good section of it’s fan base lives in Nassau and Suffolk Country and let’s be real, even if it calls itself the city, Queens is on Long Island even if not politically.

#Suns v #Wolves is next. Suns are probably going home in the play in round as fun as they’ve been. The Wolves are more interesting to me, they are hard to write off because of recent playoff success, but if they don’t get some impressive wins soon, I’ll be concerned for their chances as well.

#Thunder v #Magic up next. This will start as a 15 only because I already have four of the remaining games slated for all possessions. It’s up to Orlando to make me switch this one at halftime.

#Pistons v #Wizards 15 minutes next. Detroit hasn’t been so hot, but if Washington even bumps this into all possessions territory, things are bleaker than I thought.

I had #Hawks v #Magic slated for the final 15 minute game since it was national and not up til 6, with intentions to switch over to all posessions if it was good. However the brief intro reminding me the Hawks are on a 9 game win streak made me go all posessions from the start. Hopefully it’s good.

Thought I was gonna watch a few 15 minute games without comment to start my basketball day. A moment in Bulls/Grizz amused me enough for comment though. A fun block of a 3/4 buzzer beater attempt by Spencer at the end of the third. Throwaway moment that amused me.

This morning, while getting in my car to go get my morning macchiato I found a thing of pre rolled joints with one left in it I thought I lost forever months ago. I will enjoy this when I get back home. It’s gonna be a good day.

A rare #Knicks all possessions game in the rewatch today since it was on national tv and I did not watch it live. Hopefully they take care of the #Warriors without Curry.

#Sixers v #Blazers has been fun enough that I’m bumping it to all possessions a few minutes before the half. Sixers up 51-49 with 2:17 at time of swap.

Two games in a row with outcomes that would have cost me money if I gambled on these things. This time it was the #Raptors over the #Pistons. Although it wasn’t a blowout, it never felt very close down the stretch either.

On Friday morning I was sitting on 17 near a bunch of Sweedish people in yellow Åberg shirts who were super friendly. I’m feeling pretty bad for them during this meltdown right now.

Ended up having to rush through those last games because I had Sunday things to do. I watched a bit of #Nuggets v #Lakers on the plane and didn’t have high expectations for the rest of it. Ended up pretty awesome, even if Joker lost. Some last second heroics again to stop it, this time Luka.

Heading home from my mini vacation today. Some DNC thing going on at the hotel. Bet it’s one of the few time dems outnumber Republicans in a Florida Hyatt Regency.

Because of the Good Place, now that I’m in Jacksonville every time I see a jet ski I expect it to run into a manatee.

Of course a guy drops 80+ on a day when I’m traveling. I did watch it on the plane. Yes, there were shenanigans at the end and yes there were too many free throws, but it was no more absurd in those terms than other massive scoring shows I’ve seen. Just who it was is still absurd. 🤣
