A Desi Pub in the Malvern Hills. The Marlbank with an excellent North Indian menu. Owners started with a curry night once a week, now so popular itâs a permanent menu with two well kept cask ales. One for volume 2

Three Kings at Hanley Castle, Worcestershire remains an absolute must visit classic. C15th pub thatâs not been remotely gentrified, welcoming, in the same family for over a century, open every day, no food and 3 well kept beers.

Goat Moth, a beast of a moth new for me, so called because the caterpillars supposedly smell âgoatyâ. The larvae- which the Romans apparently ate - can spend up to 5 years growing before pupating. Adult looks like a chunk of split wood.
