The problem with allowing guns everywhere is that no one is safe anywhere.

A buffoon who claimed bankruptcy six times, doesn’t pay his bills, in obvious mental decline with dozens of felonies isn’t the man to manage the largest economy on the planet. But some of us already knew that. Now we pay the price for others’ hatred, misogyny, prejudice, ignorance, & gullibility.

I feel like we need to form a League of Relatively Normal People, and our agenda should be things like: --Canada's cool, leave them be --Lot of smart people at universities, that's a plus --We're scared of getting cancer, so let's research it --Fewer floods and wildfires would be nice

Kudos to @washingtonpost.com for highlighting policy in their coverage of Trump and Biden on their homepage this morning. The differences are stark.

This is a true bright spot right now in what often feels like a bleak political landscape.

I wrote this in 2022 and I cannot tell you how deeply horrible it is to see it coming to life in front of our eyes. The answer then as now is that the only way to turn the tide is to bring mass awareness and create a movement that pushes back.
