Carolina Game Tables is taking orders for their new Breakfast Table! Their pieces are of very high quality construction and look like they belong in a dining room, living room, or kitchen, not just in a game room. We own a dining table with cupholders and chairs, and I can't recommend them enough.

Things with which I've been busy (besides work and family). SWADE Item Tables for Foundry VTT now has character creation and advances apps plus sortable columns. I've been editing Jenn's Campaign Cartomancy for Savage Worlds. I'm working on the FVTT module for Eberron for Savage Worlds.

I've been absolutely terrible with keeping up with my Mastodon and Bluesky accounts. What's new, Bluesky? How have y'all been?

I'm always blown away by the stories we come up with when we do a Backstory Cards session. Usually the material gives me as a GM a ton of plot hooks to work with and the players some really deep character hooks into the setting and to the characters created by the other players in the group.

The Immaterial Plane recently released a major update to Backstory Cards for Foundry VTT. The big feature is Journal Entries (JEs) automatically created and linked to Setting Grid Scenes imported from the Compendium. Each element on the scene is also linked to specific pages within the JE.

I've been super quiet on here as I've been head down on the latest release of the SWADE Item Tables module for Foundry VTT. Now it's time to get back to working on the Eberron for Savage Worlds Foundry VTT module. www.patreon.com/posts/swade-...

I talk a lot about Eberron for Savage Worlds, but did you know that The Immaterial Plane has a license for Foundry VTT modules for Backstory Cards, too? We partnered with Galileo Games to offer a module that allows one to interactively and collaboratively use them online.

Another update on Eberron for Savage Worlds for @foundryvtt.bsky.social. The content and styles for the Journal Entries are in place. Currently working on creating the Actors for Organizations and the Bestiary. The screenshots attached are examples of the layout.

That sounds very on the money to me. I feel a bit Apple about Bluesky and a bit Android about Mastodon. In fact to stretch the comparison, I really like both but a lot of my favourite people just can't be bothered with Android.

So far, Bluesky feels like it has a very opinionated UX design, while Mastodon feels like it's more about creating your own experience. What are your thoughts?

I miss Google+'s Collections feature. It made it much easier to follow posts from a specific user about a specific topic or to share posts on a specific topic with a specific group of users you follow.
