A couple of nights ago. I had to finally let my beloved Dexter go. My first son. My closest company. My dearest companion. It's been an incredibly rough last day and a half, but I know he'll be there waiting for me. 18 years is an incredible lifetime and he was the toughest dog I have ever known.

Having the D&D group and a couple of their friends over for a Magic day at my place. They're all newer players and have only been playing for upwards of two years. I tried to make a couple of decks that aren't absurdly stupid and tried to not include any cards before Shards of Alara.

Day 3 of having to help Dexter around in his hopefully temporary blindness. I'm praying that the medication works and that his only eye is back in working order following the vet check up on Friday. I'd be okay with him going blind naturally due to his incredibly old age (He's nearly 18)... (cont.)

Dexter is hopefully not permanently blind. Had to get medication for his only eye, because the exact same problem is happening to this one. I’ve been having to be the guide dog for my son. It’s very upsetting watching him run into things :(
