did up a new ref-thing for Franne bcuz I wanted to finally sort out the hair and those techy-android-body-line things and was also tired of her hair looking like normal hair and not like cable bundles like I wanted for so long.

fiddling with my alien lady's design more and ended up (possibly) settling on making her shorter and mixed in a little bit of a spider with aquatic fish/dolphin ideas. Initially wanted to something more Kaminoan inspired but I'm feeling pretty partial to this.

Made some slight updates to Cupid's design (and because I need to draw him wearing clothes more often).

Link me some good Blender character modeling/rigging tutorials if you know any (specifically rigging that's not just completely basic or "just use Rigify LOL" guides) because by god, I just can't find anything useful. And I REALLY don't want to have to turn to Reddit or join a Discord server.

had to redo the rig to fix the face but now it works, still a couple things I need to do.

been finally getting some consistent progress for once on the rigging stage. Just need to fix some stuff + weight painting and then that'll be the base completed. Then we'll see how hair and accessories goes

retopology is finally "done" after half a week of fighting blender for any semblance of control over modelling. I have felt every single year this has taken off my life.

more character modelling study. Really happy with how this turned out and I didn't have any of the major issues I had with the previous ones, and what I did have were really easy to fix. Definitely going to try experiment with this method more.

some modelling practice trying to learn blender. The first two were made extruding from one shape, I did that following a tutorial. The second was trying to make the parts separately and joining them at the end.

Only one sure-fire way to shut that pesky Imp up! 💢
