Cid is so annoying and obnoxious (affectionate) -pointing and laughing at other people -acting way too casual and touchy with Cloud even though they met 5 minutes ago -reminding everyone that he's the best pilot (he has to do it at least 5 times a day) -getting as easily provoked as ever

I really really hope Cid and Vincent get paired up a lot in the next game, kind of like Barret and Nanaki aaaaa
