There I am, in the city center (mind you, I live 5 km away from it), running an @iscycle.bsky.social focus group about e-bike perceptions… when this woman goes, “Well, I do know someone who’s always biking around. But they’re foreigners, so you know… different habits.”

Pedestrians and cyclists (those curious creatures who produce no emissions) already enjoy a grand total of about two advantages compared to cars. One of them is supposed to be priority at zebra crossings. Supposed to be.

I've officially got a date for what I *hope* will be my grand finale in the surgery saga. Fingers crossed this is the closing act and not just an intermission.

Found myself surrounded by a herd of deer, as if I’d accidentally crashed their secret forest meeting.

Spending the evening at the Garda station after witnessing a hit-and-run: a van sped through a crossroads, struck a woman, and took off without a second thought.

Another gem unlocked! Cozy pub vibes with all the essentials: a crackling fireplace, chill music, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Could easily top my list—just missing some Irish dancers to seal the deal!

Tried to get into the Christmas spirit and bought a tree. Now, the spirit is blocking my TV because I may have accidentally purchased a festive skyscraper instead of a tree. 🎄📺

Ah, the romance of train travel! One glorious hour spent 'stationary' in the scenic paradise that is Limerick Junction. Where else can you enjoy the thrill of absolutely no forward motion while pondering the existential mysteries of rail scheduling? 🚉

Yesterday, I arrived in Dublin for work and found myself torn between an early night at the hotel to stay fresh for the next day or grabbing a quiet drink at a nearby pub.I chose the latter, and it turned into an unexpectedly magical evening-Irish dancers and a vibe that made the night unforgettable
