I almost responded to discourse, so instead I'll say that programming is useful in games and it's as deep as the ocean, but learning to draw or 3d model things that you like is a lot harder than learning to cajole the computer into doing what you want in code.

Holy smokes, my partner just let me know it's officially been ten years since the demo of "Radical Rebels" (TWR's original name!) got picked to be at SXSW Gaming (RIP), which directly led to "Tonight We Riot" being picked up by a publisher, and eventually released.
