a flareup of my back pain happened today and rendered me pretty much useless. Docs say it's a herniated disk and just told me to take an advil, and it'll go away over time. I felt defeated, so I went ahead and decorated my cane. It seems I'll be using it longer than anticipated.

Im finally back home from hospital. im now a fella with a walking cane.
