Filing my tax returns this year was just awful. Twice I had to scrap my return in progress because the free service I was using did not support all of the 1099 forms/complexity I needed it to. Some of these forms were difficult to understand, so Idk if I input the data correctly.

Yesterday, my class did an online simulation activity where we looked at how to balance the state budget. The vast majority of cuts had such a limited effect on closing the budget deficit. The one thing that would have the most effect, by far? Billionaire and wealth taxes.

Good news: my school's women's basketball team just won the conference tournament, scoring upsets over the top 2 seeds in the semifinal and final matchups. Bad news: I slept through the triple-overtime thriller. My 10 babies tuckered me out, I guess. XP
