I can't help but notice that some artists that I follow here have started posting on Twitter again after saying they wouldn't post there anymore. Any particular reason why? I'm still on Twitter, but only to lurk some peeps who refuse to come here. I still only post here these days.

I'm so sick of seeing AI disclaimers like this. The solution to not having the budget for voice acting isn't to use AI, it's to not have voice acting at all! Games don't need VO to be good! By jamming in slopvoices, you're not making your game better, you're making it worse and reprehensible!

I never went to college or university, so I of course don't have a student loan. I saved a lot of money over the years for my future. I stayed with my parents until I was 37 years old. Yes, that's a long time, but because of that, I was able to put a HUGE deposit down on a mortgage.

I'm shit when it comes to drawing, but I still wouldn't resort to using AI to do my drawings. So it's a shame that Azoomer has (allegedly) been exposed as an AI artist. I'm not 100% convinced that they are, but after looking at their old work, and then a sudden change in art style at one point... 🤔

Well so far, I've not been too successful with this. I've not interacted with people as much as I should, I've only done one sketch and I've yet to start writing a fanfic. I also need to start getting into the habit of reposting stuff. I need to improve things for sure!

For me, I definitely find it easier to draw in a traditional way instead of using a graphics tablet, but I absolutely want to try doing art digitally again.
