Haven’t had issues sleeping in years in terms of not being able to get to sleep. Alas…. My dear friend stress induced insomnia has come around for another visit. Only I’m not in my early 20s anymore and my body cannot handle the lack of sleep. Oh well…

Anyone have experience with a long term relationship ending? My bf of 10.5 years broke up with me a few days after Valentine’s Day. Now I have to rehome a chunk of my animals, find housing that I can afford with just my disability as I wont be able to take dog boarders anymore… I’m just shattered.
