Gloucester Art Deco: Super Plaza Cinema (1935). Converted to Odeon in 1957 before closing in 1975. Then Top Rank bingo & Mecca bingo before closing in 2022. Also of note: The Regal which is now a ‘Spoons. Started in 1939 and resumed in 1955.

Former Gloucester Co-operative department store. Since closure, an Inshops and an Argos and now awaiting redevelopment

Beatties Wolverhampton. 1920s/30s. Closed 2019. Includes a former Burton’s with the elephant detailing.

Wolverhampton School of Art (1969). Listed 2025 🥰

Some (faded) Art Deco splendour from Brighton City Airport (terminal building 1936). Oldest purpose built airport in the world & oldest airport in the UK

Shippham’s factory in Chichester. Now a shop but the signage and beautiful clock remain.

Remarkable scenes here in Musselburgh. Opened in 1957, closed in 2008. B&M has come and gone, leaving the charming ghost signs.
