I went for my first walk post pneumonia today. I did pretty well no asthma attacks just winded I can definitely feel it in my legs and lower core. My walking bike definitely helps . I’m not afraid of falling down.

My partner and I just watched Fantastic Four First Steps . We loved it! The story was really good and the architecture and other elements of the 60’s just made me so happy .
