$50 bounty for anybody who can figure out why my XPPen Artist Pro 19 Gen 2 does this when I try and run it at 4k60. It works without a hitch when ran at 30hz, but when bumped to 60hz it works intermittently before flashing off, then turning back on, often with a visual bug like this.
