I can’t eat more than a couple of bites of red meat. Grilled, broiled, sautéed, stewed. Doesn’t matter. A few bites and I’m done. Where’s the veg and salad. Weird, right?

Thank goodness. Eggs are back at a reasonable price. And I love eggs in so many ways.
