Having a win!
I started on a static bike as part of recovery 4 days post surgery, 5 weeks ago, extremely sore, unfit, high pulse rate, 5 min a day.
Last week 10 mins became easier, still sore.
This week I began self reiki during cycling.
Today, 15 mins, easy, lower pulse, no pain during/after.
