I just found out one of my dog's littermates got returned to the shelter because his owners got divorced and neither one of 'em wanted him. Poor little bastard. He's been transferred to a foster home, but he deserves better. Here's hoping he gets his /actual/ forever home soon.

I don't understand why people complain that I'm "hard to shop for" or "difficult to find things [I] like" when I'm always buying myself literally one thing over and over and over and showing it to people and saying "this is what I like."

People say they are my friends and care about me but this is undermined by how difficult it is for them to spend time with me or even to talk to me. I go out of my way struggling to fit them into my day, but I'm just discarded like I'm the wrong Lego piece every time.

No matter how hard I try I still get told I'm not doing enough, not good enough, that I'm going to get fired if I don't "change my attitude" but with no instruction as to what a "correct attitude" is. I'm gonna get fired and I dunno what to do about it.

Do we as a community have a backup plan for this? As a community we have constantly been marginalized and needed to make our own places to be. That's why we created FA, e621, etc. I'm serious here, do we have a plan for when furry isn't allowed on Steam/Itch.io/etc.? It /is/ coming.
