Exactly 8/ I would understand them being upset if someone else decided to run another comic fair in October that was then directly competing but otherwise, more exposure for more artists and more community awareness is only good???

Petition for there to be multiple events like Shortbox each year. I don't have a dog in this race, we can't apply with anything Per Aspera-y since it's a collaborative work, but so many brilliant artists don't get a spot and as a comic enjoyer, I wish there were more regular opportunities out there.

My yearly sigh of relief everytime i get the shortbox rejection email, cause its usually sent at the time im the most locked in for crocomplex comic and could probably not draw anything else
