Went to the cutest apple festival this weekend and had to wear my summery-est outfit I hadn’t gotten to wear yet because we’re running out of time! (Least flattering crop of all time on the last pic)

I miss you all!🩷 The baby is 7.5 months old and cuter and sweeter by the second somehow. Oh and I got my mom hair cut. It’s so maternal. It’s mother. But not in like the cool “mother ate and left no crumbs and we’re starving” way.

It was a completely magical first Mother’s Day💕

My mother did not heed how sleepy this bean was and he started screaming as soon as they got outside. It’s the eyebrows. You have to listen to the brows. If they’re pink, he’s ready to sleep!

My life is ever so slightly in shambles. Lorelei had an MRI to see what’s causing her seizures and yes not a tumor but it still could be cancer. We won’t know until the start of next week. And Fuji had another bad seizure the same day as Lorelei’s MRI. Anti-convulsants all around!

I do not know how to be less obsessed. He’s about to be 4 months old and I haven’t left him yet. I have zero plans to either.

I kind of hate this

You break your back trying to make your baby smile but the ceiling fan gets this reaction without doing a thing besides spin *it’s easy to make him smile, I’m being dramatic

The thing about the postpartum hair loss is that it’s not fair because my hair was no thicker or healthier or better in any way during the pregnancy! And, dawg, have you seen my forehead as-is? I can’t afford to have more scalp. There’s just so much real estate already!

I’m back again🩷😹 what have you missed? The baby is going on 4 months old, Fuji got out of the yard last week but is home safe, Ashton had an accidental insulin overdose but is all better (the same day Fuji escaped), my postpartum hair loss has arrived, and I’m rewatching Curb!

It feels very comical that a few times a day my boobs will just swell up and drip milk. That’s never happened before. It’s a new feature on this 35+ year old body. What else can I do? Can I make any other beverages?

3 weeks old much?💗

So, I’m sure you’ll be shocked, but I got very busy with this guy💕 he had a little bit of a rough start, we were in the hospital a few extra days but he’s doing beautifully now💗 and, as you can see, his flamenco lessons are paying off already!

We did it! George is here and he’s perfect💕

I’ve had my epidural and my doctor broke my water so we are in business over here!

Went to the hospital today in a total panic because Mr. Baby decided not to move the entire afternoon. The second I got into the observation room at labor & delivery he started to move. He was perfectly fine, just having a relaxed day.

If my baby is born on the 19th he’ll share a birthday with Adam Driver, Jodie Foster, and Meg Ryan. If he’s born on the 20th, it’s Joe Biden and the original RFK.

But then by Halloween my belly looked like this

The movie I watched most recently was The Substance and I LOVED it! I was so impressed by every aspect. I felt so protective of Elisabeth/Sue even though we get to see so little of her personality. I connected to her vulnerability so powerfully. It was glorious💗
