I drive very few daily miles due to my one mile commute and ten minute drive to daycare every afternoon. If I did not have a tiny 17 year old paid off Toyota that needs almost no maintenance and I get gas every 6 weeks or so, I sure as hell would be buying an EV right now.

I taught my 8th grade science students about offshore oil rigs and tankers and the Strait of Hormuz this week. They were horrified seeing footage of current events this week. The conversations were important and the kids were deadly serious. Treat 14 year olds like they can handle big things.
